Abstract

In many technological processes of agricultural production there is a movement of material particles with rough work surfaces of complex shape. Knowledge of the patterns of motion of a particle (as a material point) with a rough surface of an arbitrary position in a three-dimensional space allows us to calculate the structural and kinematic parameters of the working bodies. For the separation of particles of bulk material into separate fractions, various screw working surfaces, including direct conoid, are used. Computer simulation of the motion of a particle with rough surfaces allows to discard cumbersome analytical transformations carried out by a scientist and provide him with a convenient dialogue mode for carrying out the necessary computational experiments on the analysis of the motion of a particle under different initial conditions of its throw on any rough surface that is in a certain way located in space. The purpose of the study is the development of Maple-model of motion of a particle with a rough surface of a direct conoid. A computational experiment was carried out to study the trajectory-kinematic properties of the particle's motion with the surface of a direct conoid under initial conditions: the shape and position of the surface, the particle's cast and place and direction, its initial velocity , and the coefficient of friction. It is established that the deposited particle on the surface of the conoid will start its movement along the line of the greatest inclination - perpendicular to its horizontal creations. Such a line for a conoid is a cylindrical screw. But due to the influence of the centrifugal force, the further trajectory of the motion of the particle will deviate from the propellant line. As the particle is removed from the axis of the conoid, the angle of inclination of its trajectory to the horizontal plane will decrease and the particle is no longer able to overcome the friction - it will definitely stop. The analysis of separating properties of a direct conoid with a vertical axis indicates its ability to move the bulk material, in particular: 1) the particles in the kanoid move from the axis; 2) the kanoid particles necessarily stop. Keywords : accompanying triangular, material point, direct conoid, trajectory of motion
