Abstract
Mental disorders constitute a large portion of pathologies and present different symptoms, presenting a common characteristic which is the combination of emotions, thoughts and abnormal behaviors that can impair the quality of relationships with other people, requiring adequate care. The objective of this project is to search the available literature for the epidemiology and symptoms of the main mental disorders, as well as the treatment and history of white January. This is a literature review based on the available literature on the subject, in order to result in the making of an e-book that will be published.
