In order to get the ball rolling on this I suppose we need to have a look at what is meant by culture
If we have a look at this statement we will see that people learn culture from the time they are born and this is transmitted to them by their parents, by the environment they are living in and by the people with whom they come in contact and with whom they must integrate in some way for any sociological climate or sociological aspect to happen
It always does happen that you have some sort of sociological contacts in the problem of living, and below this you have people who, transmitting their feeling and attitudes, will transmit them into individual members of society and individual members of the family
