Will job security continue? Will 3 or 5 year rolling contracts arrive? Will the number of women in medicine continue to increase? Is our ‘turf’ threatened by other professionals? Will we see an influx of doctors from the European Economic Union? Will visiting trainees continue to come or stay? This article will attempt to answer these points.
