Manpower Availability Prediction and the Optimal Control of Manpower System in Some Region

Abstract

A distributed parameter system model for the manpower system of some region is set up in this paper by using the system identification method of distributed parameter systems. Meanwhile, the manpower availability of every age interval of the studied region from 1995 to 2000 is predicted based on this model At last, the optimal control plan of the manpower system is proposed, which provides reference basis for scientific decision of personnel departments.
