Abstract
Electric-field control of magnetism has attracted much attention in the field of information storage and spintronics. Based on Li+ and H+ ions migration under electric field, the manipulation of magnetic properties in MgFe2O4 films has the advantage of non-volatility, reversibility and cyclicity. This work shows that the magnetism and coercivity are adjusted by the migration of alkali metal ions under electric field at 300 K, which shows great future potential for applications.
