Abstract
In order to identify the prevalence of accentuations of the psychoemotional sphere in patients in sanatorium-resort conditions, testing was carried out according to the Shmishek questionnaire. In patients with neurasthenia, a greater severity of dysthyma, cyclothymic, exaltation, pedantry, and inertia of the effect was revealed. Possible ways of accelerating the psychological adaptation of patients to sanatorium conditions are proposed, depending on the specific type of accentuation of their psychoemotional sphere.
