<h3>Basal-Cell Epithelioma of the Sole. Presented by Dr. Adrian Brodey.</h3><h3>Discussion</h3> Dr. Adrian Brodey: This patient was presented to alert ourselves to the occurrence of basal-cell epitheliomas in this location and to their deceptive appearance. These lesions are invariably diagnosed clinically as fibromas or plantar warts. <h3>Chronic Dermatophytosis and Onychomycosis Due to Trichophyton Rubrum. Presented by Dr. Adrian Brodey.</h3> A man, aged 43, has suffered with an eruption of the palms and soles, and nail involvement since the age of about 15. During this period, he had been treated with many varieties of fungicides, x-ray therapy, and mechanical debridement, with varying degrees of improvement. On Aug. 12, 1959, he presented erythema and scaling of both palms and the volar aspects of the fingers.
