Abstract
A Mn(ii) complex containing two tridentate O,N,O-donor semicarbazone ligands shows very high catalytic activity for the aerial oxidation of 3,5DTBCH2withkcat= 3.10 × 106h−1, andkcat/KM= 3.25 × 108h−1M−1.
