Abstract
Abstract Treatment of homopropargylic alcohol derivatives or phenylacetylene compounds with phenylmagnesium bromide in the presence of a catalytic amount of manganese(II) chloride afforded phenylated products in good yields with high regio- and stereoselectivities.
