Abstract

At present, countries are investing more and more in Marine development, Marine trade, Marine tourism, Marine fishery and Marine engineering projects are increasing day by day. At the same time, extreme weather at sea is becoming more and more frequent, and the danger situation at sea is increasing year by year, which leads to frequent shipwreck accidents. The severe maritime security situation requires us to accelerate the improvement of maritime search and rescue capabilities, so as to provide a strong guarantee for the rapid development of China's maritime industry and fishery, and for the safety of people and property at sea. It is not only the focus of maritime rescue work but also the difficulty in the field of international maritime search and rescue to locate and track long-range targets in distress quickly, accurately, dynamically and comprehensively. This paper integrates the novel electrinical sensing IoT system to construct the efficient frmaework.
