Introduction

Immunisation is the best medical achievement in this modern era in eradicating and controlling contagious disease Immunisation complies with preservation of daruriyat khams principles which are preservation of religion, life, mind, lineage and property which are highly demanded by Islamic laws (Umar, 2019; Hidayah, 2017; Irwan, 2016; KKM & JAKIM, 2015; Fadl, 2008). It is regarded as fardu kifayah responsibility as mass disease protection and total disease eradication can only be achieved through total participation by the community to establish herd immunity (Suhazeli & Faidhi, 2019). Polio disease is nearly extinct from the world except in three Islamic countries which are Pakistan, Afghanistan and Nigeria (WHO, 2019)
