Abstract

School committees were institution the role of the community in order to improve the quality of, distribution and efficiency education institutions.One of the aims of the formation of school committees is to improve responsibility and participation of people in the education system in a unit of education. Problems that led to an increase the quality of education in slb not run in full: school accountability in the education system to the community is still very low, the use of resources and low budget optimal education is a great obstacles, public participation for the low education, schools were not able to follow the changes in the area. Based on this reality the over hence research on planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation in the management committee the supporting agency in order to increase the quality of education in special needs garut district and sumedang formulated.The research is its research using a qualitative methodology using technique observation, interview and study documentation as data collection technique.The results of research and discussion it can be concluded that the school committee slb Lingga dharma and special needs al-barkah samarang garut has implemented a supporting role as supporting agency, but to get some difficulty, arrange ad accountable or art that can be, including the lack of coordination and facility of school.
