Managing the Development of Transport Territorial Forms: a Logistic Aspect

Abstract

The increasing risks of the transformation of traditional logistics chains lead to the territorial forms of the transport complex being the dominant factor that is able to maintain the interaction of logistics service operators, transport companies, trade and internet platforms, and production enterprises, while converting economic relations into new effective forms. The logistics system as a component of the transport and logistics complex should undergo significant changes; acquire the format of bonded areas, logistics villages. The transition of the logistic system to a new territorial format requires the development of progressive tools to manage its development, which is the primary goal of the article. The scientific novelty of its results is achieved through a holistic approach to the design of the physical structure, to the configuration of the management structure of the bonded zone and logistic village, to the algorithm of development of the strategy of the specified territorial forms in the economy of a Russian subject.
