Abstract

AbstractService quality, visitor satisfaction and future behavioural intention (i.e. repeat visitation) are a vital part of visitor management (VM) tools in nature-based tourism. This chapter first delineates each construct (service quality, satisfaction and future intention), and then discusses their interrelationships based on a case study at a nature-based destination, the Kafue National Park in Zambia.
