Abstract

The article addresses the issue of ethics management in the school institution, which pursues as a goal the development of organizational and individual ethical culture. In this context, it describes the process of organizational culture internalization, based on a system of ethical values, thus determining the formation/development of individual ethical culture. Based on the model of internalization of organizational culture, the relationship between the ethical institutionalization process and the development of ethical culture is explained.
