Abstract
The need for short, comprehensive training courses for operators, so that they may become aware of increasing improvements in management practices, is self evident. This discussion is part of a joint discussion given on May 22, 1969, at the Annual Conference, San Diego, by J. H. Austin and Charles V. Costello.
