Abstract

There is no such thing as a ‘typical law office’ since the practice of law occupies so many different forms that it is not possible to speak of ‘the’ law office. Since the computer is used as a means of producing efficiency and effectiveness in a law office, it is obvious that its usage will be determined very much by the form of each law office — what is effective and efficient in one office may be disastrous in another.
