The study aimed to analyze the impact of management procedures on the success of coffee processing technologies in Rwanda coffee. The research focused on assessing if well-planned procedures can influence the success of coffee processing in Rwanda Coffee Company (RWACOF), establishing project procedures that contribute to the desired quality of coffee beans, and investigating the relationship between evaluation of processes and successful coffee processing technologies. The target population was 100 respondents, and the research design was descriptive, using both primary and secondary data. The study found that 63% of respondents agreed that RWACOF contributed to research development for coffee farmers, while 59% agreed that planning and control play a crucial role in the quality and quantity of coffee beans. The researcher concluded that management procedures play a crucial role in any company, especially in processing companies like RWACOF. If these procedures lack, it can lead to financial losses or bankruptcy in the future. The researcher recommended RWACOF to follow farmers and coffee stations to help them produce good quality and quantity of coffee, educate them more on coffee planting, organize trainings for farmers and coffee station managers, and contribute to climate change consequences.
