Abstract

Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)in pregnancy will worsen the SLE condition, inducing its stable phase into an active stage, which can endanger the health of mother and fetus severely. SLE in pregnancy is high risk pregnancy, and it′s necessary to monitor the pregnancies by obstetrician and rheumatism. As to the disease coming into activity, it can ameliorate the pregnancy outcomes by performing rational use of drugs, terminating pregnancy in time, and standardizing and strengthening the management.
