Abstract

AbstractRestoration of pharyngoesophageal continuity after resection of the base of the tongue, laryngopharynx and cervical esophagus, may be a multiple stage method of reconstruction and, therefore, time consuming. A case is reported, a new one‐stage method is illustrated, and different types of operations are revised.
