Abstract

Pediatric forearm fracture is a common injury. The displaced fractures, and unstable fractures are many a time treated with intramedullary elastic nails. The flexible titanium nails are easy to insert but increases the treatment cost. To minimize cost, we are routinely using single nail with a slight modification in the surgical procedure yet stabilizing both the bones with comparable results.
