Abstract

To investigate the management of the patients who present with untreated cervical cancer, bilateral ureteral obstruction, we reviewed the medical records of these patients because renal failure poses a most difficult clinical problem. The clinical records and pathology reports for 378 patients registered at Oita University Hospital with a diagnosis of carcinoma of the cervix from 1989— 2003 were reviewed.
