Abstract
Background: Nuclear protein of the testis (NUT) carcinoma is a rare, aggressive malignancy that arises in the sinonasal tract or mediastinum. NUT carcinoma is driven by a chromosomal translocation of the NUTM1 gene. We present two cases of NUT carcinoma (NC) which were characterized by BRD4-NUT fusion on molecular pathology.
