AbstractMultiple sclerosis is associated with a high prevalence of psychiatric comorbidity, including affective, psychotic and cognitive disorders. In this review, Dr Sommerlad and colleagues discuss the epidemiology, aetiology and management of neuropsychiatric symptoms in multiple sclerosis, using case vignettes to demonstrate the wide range of clinical presentations.
