Abstract

Dr. Sciubba is a Resident, Dr. Witham is Assistant Professor, and Dr. Gokaslan is Donlin M. Long Professor, Department of Neurosurgery, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, 600 North Wolfe Street, Meyer 8-161, Baltimore, MD 21287; E-mail: [email protected]. Dr. Sciubba and Dr. Witham have disclosed that they have no significant relationships with or financial interests in any commercial organizations pertaining to this educational activity.
