Abstract
Early blight of tomato caused by Alternaria solani (Ellis & Martin) Sorauer is one of the most destructive disease of tomato. It is a potential disease of tomato that reduces its production globally. Several management practices have been adopted so far to minimize the disease. Present study was based on screening of fungicides, bio agents and botanicals against A. solani in tomato causing early blight disease in glass house condition. Among six different treatments, T-6 treatment i.e. 2 per cent spray of mancozeb gives maximum disease control of 59.60 per cent followed by T-4 treatment having seedling treatment by Trichoderma harzianum with 50.98 per cent disease control. Disease severity was also in this study, which were 20.33 per cent given by treatment 6.
