Abstract

This case report presents a case of a patient with lateral luxation of the maxillary left central incisor and intrusive luxation of maxillary left canine. Patient had trauma due to bicycle fall 4 days ago. Clinical examination of maxilla revealed lateral luxation of the maxillary left central incisor, avulsion of maxillary left lateral incisor and intrusive luxation of maxillary left canine having grade III mobility. The maxillary right central incisor and maxillary right lateral incisor presented with grade I tooth mobility. The patient sustained lacerations and mucosal damage in maxillary left anterior region. Surgical extrusion and intentional replantation followed by splinting for 4 weeks were performed to treat these injuries. The patient was asymptomatic after one year of follow-up with no external or internal root resorption.
