Abstract
<p>This paper presents problems that encountered at the beginning of the project, summarizing the works done by EPC Contractor for Wind Farm Project in terms of design optimization, construction managements and quality control, discussing the design shortcomings for Anchor Cage, introducing the role which EPC contractor plays in the civil works and references provided for the overseas engineers who work in the similar industry.</p>
