Abstract
Background and Objectives: Considering the complexity of the structure of external nose, it is necessary to use tissues containing cartilage, muscle, skin and cellular tissue to eliminate its defects. Flaps from buccal areas and the duplicated flaps are often used. In our work we used skin-adipose flaps, autodermatransplants and a cartilage of a nasal septum.
