Abstract

The proportion of external research projects has constantly increasing in tertiary hospitals in recent years. However, compared with the government funded projects, the importance of those external research have not been recognized by both researchers and managers, and leading to various problems in project management. This article elucidates the problems and countermeasures of external research project management in tertiary hospital, with an attempt to further improve the management system and promote the overall development of the hospital scientific research.
