Complete hydatidiform mole with co-existing fetus (CHMCF) is a rare obstetrical finding, only occurring in 1 per 20,000 to 100,000 pregnancies [1,2,3,4,5]. Complete hydatidiform mole with co-existing fetus (CHMCF) is a rare obstetrical finding. Further follow-up revealed a complete hydatidiform mole with co-existing fetus in a patient who desired continuation of pregnancy.
