Abstract
Abstract Healthcare organizations in turmoil often turn to management consultants to collect data, engage in analysis, evaluate processes, and make recommendations. This is a case study of an actual hospital with complex issues around organizational culture, organizational conflict, diversity, and talent management. The paper explores the intervention approaches used to address the toxic organizational cultural problems through the lens of organizational development, change management, and corporate behavioral theory.
