AbstractToday, in the era of information technology, electronic technology developing so rapidly. The development of group enterprise want to faster and more stable. We must attach importance to the informatization construction of the group's financial control mode. It is well known that financial control in a group of enterprises plays an important role, rather then a group of the heart, and an information platform is quite so the heart blood throughout the body. The two complement each other, plays a very important role in the development of the group. Informatization has brought a lot of convenience to the group's financial management and control. But how to make good use of the information platform to make the group's financial management and control more complete has always been a problem for the group.
