Mamas and Papas Ltd v EUIPO, T-672/17, EU:T:2018:707, 13 October 2018 The General Court has upheld an EUIPO Board of Appeal decision which held that the evidence submitted by Mamas and Papas in support of an application for invalidity of a registered Community design for a cot bumper was insufficient to prove the disclosure of an earlier design.
