Abstract
The syndrome of inappropriate hormone secretion (SIADH) occurs in association with a variety of tumours. To the best of our knowledge, only two cases of SIADH, in association with malignant melanoma, have been reported [ 1 Kefford R.F. Milton G.W. Fatal inappropriate ADH secretion in melanoma. Med J Aust. 1986; 144: 333-334 PubMed Google Scholar , 2 Lo Scocco G. Di Lernia V. Bisighini G. Syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone in a patient affected by metastatic melanoma. Melanoma Res. 1998; 8: 367-369 Crossref PubMed Scopus (5) Google Scholar ]. We wish to report two further cases supporting this association.
