Abstract

s S51 Conclusions: Incidental thyroid “non-microcarcinomas” (>1 cm) are rare and found in approximately 0.5% of resection specimens. The majority of these represent low-grade carcinomas and the incidenceoffindingoneof the common mutations (40%) is less than that for thyroid carcinomas in general (70%).
