Abstract

Malignant eccrine poroma is a rare malignancy of the eccrine gland usually presenting as a long-standing growth on the skin of the involved areas. It may arise in a pre-existing eccrine poroma. A rare case presenting as a large and painless verrucous crusted swelling over the infra-orbital region of left cheek in a 72-year-old man is described. Gross and histological examination is presented.
