With a total population of 28 million, Malaysia is a well-known melting pot that includes Malay, Indian, Chinese, Kadazan, Iban, and many other ethnic groups (Department of Statistics Malaysia, 2010). The Malays and the indigenous ethnic groups of Malaysia make up 65% of the population, the Chinese make up 26%, and Indians, 8%. The rest of the population is comprised of other ethnic groups (Department of Statistics Malaysia, 2010).KeywordsMedicinal PlantTraditional HealthObesity PreventionForest Research InstituteOttawa CharterThese keywords were added by machine and not by the authors.
