Abstract

The second case in the literature of malakoplakia involving the urethral meatus is presented. Multiple similar lesions were found also in the urinary bladder. Following combination antituberculous and subsequent single antimicrobial therapy, all lesions disappeared and have remained absent at reevaluation eighteen months later.
