Abstract

The end of the Cold War, the collapse of the USSR, and the changing world order have provided new opportunities and new incentives for the USA and other countries to cooperate with Russia in space science, space applications and human spaceflight. A new OTA report, US-Russian Cooperation in Space — summarized here — examines these opportunities and discusses potential benefits and risks to the USA.
