Abstract
This is an extremely rough draft of a presentation I gave in October at Fan Studies Network North America's conference at DePaul University. I'm uploading it because of recent interest in the Omegaverse case. It is NOT in any shape to be submitted and is indeed a script for my oral presentation, not a finished scholarly paper with cites, etc. Please get in touch with me if you'd like to talk more about this!
