Abstract
In this chapter, the authors invite readers to: consider supervision from a relational perspective; evaluate the importance of self-care within the supervisory relationship; explore some of the concepts involved in understanding yourself as a supervisor or supervisee within the supervisory relationship; review the concept of self-care from an organisational perspective; and examine the concept of inclusive supervision.
