In a study of 154 cases, we have encountered only one major psychosis. We found no reference to this condition as a complication of undulant fever in the American literature. Nouvilas1 reported four cases from the Asylum of Navarre; Roger2 collected 15 cases from the literature and reported three of his own. In a series of 200 cases, Cantaloube3 reported delirium in 12 and mental confusion in ten.CASE REPORTT.
