Abstract
For human ,there are lots of complement and complex signal pathways regulating angiogene-sis. Vascular endothelial growth factor-vascular endothelial growth factor receptor, angiopoietin-Tie-2 and DU4-Notch, the three complex and complementary signalling pathways play an important role in regulating angiogene-sis.
