Abstract
The magnetoresistance of epitaxial fcc Co(110) on MgO(110) is found to depend strongly on crystallographic orientation; at 10K its relative magnitude is ten times larger than for Co(100) on MgO(100). The thickness and temperature dependence is discussed.
