Abstract
We report the experimental results on the transverse magnetoresistance (MR) in the filled skutterudite SmFe 4 P 12 single crystals. In the temperature dependence of the transverse MR at high fields, we found a resistance minimum near 3 K at 14 T. Taking into account the Kohler's rule, the increment of transverse MR below 3 K is ascribed to the ordinary Lorentz component, while there still remains unexplainable positive magnetoresistance component detected over the wide temperature range.
