Abstract
We demonstrate the magnetoresistance (MR) of MnGa/(Ga,As,Mn)/MnGa trilayers. The trilayers in which an antiferromagnetic exchange coupling between MnGa layers exists show anomalous giant MR effect, a smaller resistance for an antiparallel alignment of the magnetizations of MnGa layers.
