Abstract

The influence of the nonparabolicity of charge carriers dispersion law (Kane’s dispersion) on a magnetoexciton energy spectrum in InSb quantum rings is theoretically investigated. The analytical expression for the energy spectrum of exciton in a narrow-gap semiconductor nanoring in a magnetic field is obtained. The Aharonov‐Bohm oscillations in the energy of excited states are studied. PACS numbers: 73.21.ib, 71.35.Ji
