Abstract
Far infrared magneto-optical experiments have given some years ago interesting informations on the band structure of InAs-GaSb superlattices. We describe here recent magneto-absorption investigations in a novel superlattice, HgTc-CdTe, and we detrmine the corresponding band structure. It is shown that a semiconductor to semimetal transition may be expecte as a function of the layer thicknesses.
